Practice Nurse

Debenham Group Practice are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to work across Debenham, Otley and Grundisburgh surgeries. This position is offered on a part-time basis for around 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although hours may be negotiable for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

• Deliver personalised nursing care, working independently within your competence and alongside our wider clinical team
• Depending on your skills and experience, your work will include immunisations, cervical screening, contraception, treatment room care and health assessments
• Support patients to manage long-term conditions, including diabetes, asthma and COPD, with spirometry where appropriately trained
• Treatment room duties
• Baby immunisations/vaccines
• Cervical smears
• Contraception advice
• Spirometry
