When you buy a job listing, your contract is with JCA Enterprises Limited.

Using the site as a jobseeker

Searching and applying is free and requires no account. An optional free account lets you save job alerts. You must give a valid email address you control, and you must not use the service to collect or redistribute listings in bulk.

Listings and their accuracy

Vacancies are supplied by the employers advertising them. We reproduce them in good faith but we do not verify individual claims about pay, hours or conditions, and we are not the employer. Your contract of employment, if any, is with the employer, not with us. If a listing looks fraudulent or misleading, report it and we will investigate and remove it where warranted.

Posting a job

Each job listing costs £59 + VAT, paid by card, and runs for 30 days from when payment clears. Nothing is published until it is paid for. VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing address, and a receipt is emailed to you by our payment provider, Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews. We apply limits on how many listings one email address or company may submit in a day.

You warrant that you are entitled to advertise the role, that it is a genuine vacancy, and that the listing complies with applicable employment and equality law. We may reject or remove any listing at our discretion, and may refuse further listings from anyone who breaches these terms. A listing removed for breaching these terms is not refunded. If a paid listing cannot be published because of a fault on our side, we refund it in full.

Employer content

You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a licence to display it on the site, in search engines and in alert emails for as long as the listing is live.

Liability

We provide the service as-is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for a vacancy being filled or withdrawn, or for the conduct of any employer or applicant. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
