Salaried GP

Kingswood Medical Centre has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team for 4 – 8 sessions per week. We are flexible on start dates and are focused on finding the right person who shares our values and commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

We operate a total triage model. Previous experience of working in a total triage practice would be advantageous, but it is not essential as full support and induction will be provided. There is no traditional Duty GP role at this surgery. Triage GP is the on-call GP.

As part of the role, one day a week will be dedicated to the triage doctor, managing same-day clinical queries online and providing support for urgent patient care within our experienced clinical team when needed. However, the triage GP is adequately supported by the rest of the team on the day.

We are looking for a GP who is approachable, adaptable, and enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding care for our patients while contributing to the continued success and development of the practice.
