Warehouse staff

WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE
£12.71 per hour | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operative to join a busy and vibrant team within a modern warehouse environment.

This is a varied role where you’ll be involved across all areas of the warehouse, including goods in, order picking, packing and despatch. We’re looking for someone flexible who is happy to get involved and support the wider team wherever needed.

THE ROLE

• Receiving and checking incoming goods

• Booking stock in and out using computer systems

• Order picking using handheld scanners

• Packing customer orders ready for despatch

• Preparing goods for collection and delivery

• Moving and organising stock within the warehouse

• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment

• Supporting across all areas of the warehouse as required

ABOUT YOU

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred

• Experience using handheld scanners for picking would be advantageous

• Previous experience using computer systems to manage stock

• Able to work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment

• Flexible and happy to work across different warehouse areas

• Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
