Clinical Coder

The Holbrook and Shotley practice are seeking a clinical coder to join their team on a full-time basis.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

• Coding clinical documents accurately and within a 48 hour timescale
• Forwarding clinical documents to clinicians following the practice protocol
• Carrying out clinical document follow-up actions following the practice protocol
• Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF) - you will be responsible for allocated QOF clinical indicators to achieve targets for the practice
