MULTI TRADE OPERATIVE

Location: Benfleet
Rate: £22 per hour CIS
Van & Fuel Card Provided

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our team carrying out reactive maintenance on social housing properties in the Benfleet area.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade
  • Previous experience in reactive maintenance
  • Social housing experience preferred
  • Full UK Driving Licence required

The Role:

  • Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing
  • General multi-trade repairs and carpentry
  • Completing jobs to a high standard and within required timescales
  • Working professionally with tenants and housing teams
