We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcer to join our recruitment team in Goldsboro, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to support our organization's hiring initiatives. As a Sourcer, you will utilize various sourcing channels and tools to build robust candidate pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for our open positions. • Conduct targeted searches using Boolean search techniques and advanced search strategies across multiple platforms to identify qualified candidates
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, industry-specific job boards, social media, and other professional networking platforms
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through personalized outreach and engagement
• Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements and provide detailed assessments to the recruitment team
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future job openings
• Analyze recruitment metrics and sourcing effectiveness to continuously improve sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements and candidate specifications
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to expand candidate networks
• Maintain organized records of all sourcing activities and candidate interactions
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by sourcing candidates from underrepresented talent pools

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or related field
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software platforms
• Advanced knowledge of Boolean search and advanced search techniques
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other professional networking platforms
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage candidate pipelines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and research abilities
• Proficiency with CRM tools and database management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume candidate sourcing
• Track record of successful candidate identification and placement
• Familiarity with diversity and inclusion sourcing strategies (preferred)
• Knowledge of various industries and job markets (preferred)
• Experience with recruitment metrics and analytics (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
