An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Media and Content team at Middlesbrough Football Club as a Video Editor. Based at the club’s first-class training ground near the village of Hurworth near Darlington.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Creating and editing engaging football content for MFC, demonstrating exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver at pace.
• Working closely with content producers and the wider production team to create compelling content that excites and inspires our audience.
• Producing content for a range of digital platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Delivering high-quality post-production work, including colour grading, audio mixing and final mastering.
• Designing and implementing motion graphics using Adobe After Effects to enhance content across all platforms.
• Keeping up to date with the latest social media, video and content trends, applying new ideas and best practices to your work.
• Managing media assets, project files and archives, ensuring organised workflows and secure backups.
• Taking direction from the Video Content Manager while confidently managing your own projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Maintaining consistently high production standards, ensuring all content is on-brand, aligns with key messaging and is delivered on time.
• Helping to elevate the club's storytelling, bringing supporters closer to the team through innovative and engaging content.
