As a Technical Coach, you’ll mentor and train the next generation of tech talent, bridging the gap between theory and practice and giving consultants the skills and confidence to succeed.

Duties and responsibilities

• Lead and manage Skills Lab sessions, ensuring an engaging learning environment
• Provide personalised feedback and coaching to consultants
• Evaluate performance through observation, interviews, and assessments
• Design and deliver practical projects aligned to learning objectives
• Support recruitment by assessing candidates’ aptitude and adaptability
• Conduct mock interviews and CV coaching
• Act as a subject matter expert for Sales and client calls
• Mentor consultants in project pods, offering technical guidance when needed
