Since 2012, the programme has supported more than 1,100 individuals globally from all ranks and backgrounds across the Armed Forces and Emergency Services, helping them build rewarding careers in business and technology consultancy.
You will join FDM as a Consultant within our Data & Analytics Practice, where you will work on large-scale programmes and transformational projects for leading organisations across multiple sectors.

We are particularly interested in individuals who have developed analytical, technical or operational expertise through military or public sector service and can demonstrate experience in one or more of the following:
• Analysing complex datasets to support decision-making
• Producing reports, dashboards or performance metrics
• Using data to assess risk, forecast outcomes or support operational planning
• Working with technology, information systems or digital tools
• Process improvement, automation or workflow optimisation
• Intelligence analysis, signals, cyber or information management
• Engineering, logistics, capability planning or operational analysis
• Managing stakeholders and communicating analytical findings to senior decision-makers

Depending on your experience, you could progress into roles including:
