Clear Point Recruitment are delighted to be working with an ethical and proactive energy firm based in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. They are a well-established, professional, employee driven business that are currently expanding rapidly.

I am currently recruiting for Team Managers, Lead Generators, Energy Consultants and Closers for their new office.

Competitive salary + uncapped commission. OTE £30-60k.

Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00, full time, permanent role. Ongoing training and support given.

These roles present a great sales opportunity within an energetic and highly successful business and working environment.

Key Responsibilities 

• Prospect business clients via supplied data sets, establish a need with the client and provide information and guidance on current services offered. 

• Utilising previous experience skills and expertise, offer a consultative way of working that holistically deals with the needs of the client.

• Build long lasting and trusting relationships with your clients throughout the contract term. 

• Hit monthly KPI’s.

Experience

• Energy & Sales - 1 year (Required).

• Experience of working towards targets and KPI’s.

• Relevant understanding and experience of the energy sector would be preferred.
