Part Time Physiotherapist (Academy)

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Provide pitch-side medical cover, including assessment and immediate management of injuries during training and fixtures.
• Assess, diagnose and manage musculoskeletal injuries within their professional scope of practice.
• Plan and deliver individualised rehabilitation programmes, including gym and pitch-based rehabilitation.
• Support players through appropriate return-to-training and return-to-play progressions.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with club, professional and EPPP guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with the Academy medical team, coaching staff, players and parents/guardians where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary Academy environment.
• Follow the club's safeguarding, emergency action and medical policies at all times.
• Be flexible in response to Academy fixture and training schedules.
