Lecturer in Health & Social Care | Birmingham | Zero Hours Contract

Help Shape the Future of Health & Social Care

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in Health & Social Care to join our Birmingham academic team on a Zero Hours Contract basis.

About the Role

  • Planning, preparing and delivering engaging teaching sessions
  • Supporting student learning through tutoring, guidance and academic support
  • Assessing coursework and examinations in line with academic regulations and deadlines
  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of module and course content
  • Working collaboratively with academic colleagues to maintain quality standards

About you

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care or a related discipline
  • Experience teaching within Higher Education
  • Experience assessing students using a range of assessment methods
  • Strong subject knowledge across Health & Social Care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
