We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in Health & Social Care to join our Birmingham academic team on a Zero Hours Contract basis.
About the Role
- Planning, preparing and delivering engaging teaching sessions
- Supporting student learning through tutoring, guidance and academic support
- Assessing coursework and examinations in line with academic regulations and deadlines
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of module and course content
- Working collaboratively with academic colleagues to maintain quality standards
About you
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care or a related discipline
- Experience teaching within Higher Education
- Experience assessing students using a range of assessment methods
- Strong subject knowledge across Health & Social Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
