Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor | West Yorkshire | £60k - £65k + Package

We're currently working with an established regional contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based from their West Yorkshire office.

The role will involve taking commercial responsibility for new build projects across a variety of sectors, working closely with operational teams from pre-construction through to final account.

What You'll Be Doing;

• Managing the commercial performance of new build projects
• Subcontractor procurement, management and payments
• Preparing valuations, variations and cost reports
• Managing budgets, forecasts and cash flow
• Identifying and managing commercial risks
• Working closely with site, project and pre-construction teams
• Managing client relationships and final accounts

What You'll Need;

• Senior Quantity Surveyor experience within a main contractor environment
• Strong new build project experience
• Good commercial and contractual knowledge
• Confident managing subcontract packages and project costs
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Relevant Quantity Surveying or construction qualification
