Thorpe Doctors Surgery in Thorpe-le-Soken, Clacton-on-Sea, is looking to recruit a new care navigator to join our team on a part-time basis for 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will work 6 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, across our 2 practices, Thorpe and Kirby Surgery. The shifts will be either 08.00 - 14.00 or 12.30 - 18.30.
You will be working in a very busy and quite often demanding environment carrying out the following:
- Answering telephone calls
- Making appointments
- Scanning letters
- Meeting and greeting patients
- General administration
A key element of this role is to navigate patients to the appropriate service.
