You’ll join a friendly 2:1 team supporting a lovely female client who enjoys structured routines, attending day centres, and going for local walks. We are looking for a support worker with experience with learning disabilities.

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing personal care and mobility support

• Assisting with light household tasks

• Supporting structured routines and community activities

• Using non-verbal communication (client is non-verbal)

• Being a consistent and reassuring presence in her daily life

We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate and caring Support Worker

• Experience in Learning disabilities/Autism

• Someone calm, reliable, and proactive to help her flourish.
