Tax & Accounting AI Engineer

This position requires the successful candidate to work on a W2 directly with FDM. We cannot accept C2C, 1099 or employment sponsorship (e.g. H1-B) for this position.

As a Tax & Accounting AI Engineer, you will help organizations transform the way they manage tax, accounting, audit, and financial processes through the application of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.

Working closely with clients, business leaders, and technology teams, you will leverage your domain expertise to identify opportunities for innovation, improve operational efficiency, and help design solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes.

• Analyze accounting, tax, audit, and financial workflows to identify improvement opportunities
• Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions and automation initiatives
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to solve complex operational challenges
• Translate business requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions
• Support client transformation and innovation projects
• Evaluate emerging technologies and their application across finance functions
• Facilitate collaboration between business users and technical delivery teams
• Contribute to the successful delivery of enterprise AI initiatives
