You will work with stakeholders across the business to assess document ownership, usage patterns, retention requirements, and compliance considerations.
You will be responsible for gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, documenting current and future-state processes, and supporting the implementation of governance recommendations that improve operational efficiency while reducing information management risk.
The role is highly collaborative and will require engagement with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business functions.

- Identifying risks, dependencies, assumptions, and opportunities across project workstreams
- Collaborating with Microsoft 365 specialists, information governance teams, project managers, and delivery teams to support successful project outcomes
- Ensuring requirements are clearly prioritised, validated, and aligned to business objectives
