Female Complex Care Assistant – Night Shifts
Location: Eastbourne
Pay: £18.21 per hour
Shifts: Sunday Night 7pm-7am plus Bank Position

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Eastbourne, supporting one of our clients with complex health needs.

Our client enjoys doing activities with his family. He enjoys watching TV, especially animal programmes, cartoons, music. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing personal care and mobility support

• Supporting with seizure management epilepsy and administration of medication

• Supporting with oxygen therapy

• Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

• Essential experience:

  • Seizure Management Epilepsy

  • Oxygen therapy

  • Administration of Medication

  • Enteral Feeding

• A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
