Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Administrator to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you'll support our Flexible Workforce programme, providing coordination and administrative support to help ensure a smooth and efficient experience for hiring managers, workers and colleagues across NPL.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a key project that is transforming how NPL engages and manages agency workers, contractors, casual workers, student placements and PhD researchers. You'll help ensure processes are clear, consistent and easy to navigate, while providing excellent support to stakeholders across the organisation.
