£60,000 per annum (Pro Rata, DOE)
Part-Time – 3 Days Per Week (Saturday Required)

A well-known, high-end Independent Practice in The Cotswolds is seeking a passionate and patient-focused Optometrist to join their experienced and friendly team.

The Role

As an Optometrist, you will focus on delivering the highest standards of patient care in a relaxed, professional environment where quality always comes first.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using modern equipment
• Assess, diagnose, and manage visual and ocular health conditions
• Provide expert advice on spectacle lenses and contact lenses
• Contact lens fitting and aftercare
• Detect early signs of eye disease (e.g. glaucoma, macular degeneration)
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Work closely with the dispensing team to ensure the best patient journey
• Deliver a personalised, high-end customer experience
• Ensure compliance with GOC and professional standards

The Ideal Candidate

• GOC registered Optometrist
• Passionate about patient care and clinical excellence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in an independent, service-led environment
• Available to work 3 days per week, including Saturdays
