Sales Manager – Scotland

Full‑time | Company Vehicle | Competitive Salary + Commission

We’re looking for a confident Sales Manager to cover the Scotland region, selling well‑known construction machinery brands and building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Selling machinery across brands like Kobelco, Thwaites, Hydrema & Merlo

• Visiting customers on site to keep relationships strong

• Finding new business and growing your area

• Raising quotes and handling basic sales admin

• Working with internal teams to make sure machines are built and delivered on time

• Checking stock and keeping an eye on delivery timelines

• Inspecting trade‑ins when needed

• Attending shows/exhibitions occasionally

What you need

• Sales experience in construction / industrial / agricultural machinery

• Experience selling high‑value kit

• Strong communication skills

• Good IT skills

• Full UK driving licence

• Happy travelling around Scotland

• Team player
