📅 Hours: Dayshifts - 4 on 4 off

As a Security Officer, you will protect people, property, and assets while delivering excellent customer service. The Security Officer will uphold the values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness, maintain a strong security presence, and ensure site safety. A fully licensed Security Officer will support operational requirements and respond effectively to incidents when needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Maintain site security and prevent unauthorised access.
• Conduct patrols, monitor alarms, and manage site keys.
• Control visitor access and maintain accurate records.
• Support health and safety procedures and report incidents.
• Assist during emergencies and ensure a safe environment for staff, visitors, and contractors.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A valid SIA licence.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
• Reliable transport
• Experience in a gatehouse environment
• Ability to work alone
