We're recruiting an experienced Corporation Tax Manager to join a highly experienced Corporate Tax team with offices across the region.

This is a varied, client-facing role managing a portfolio of predominantly owner-managed businesses, combining corporate tax compliance with opportunities to identify and support wider advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of around 100 corporate clients, predominantly OMBs
• Oversee corporate tax compliance and liaise with Audit teams where required
• Identify opportunities across R&D, capital allowances, structuring and succession planning
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
• Manage WIP, billing and fee discussions
• Support the day-to-day management of the Corporate Tax team
• Mentor and develop junior tax professionals
• Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across Corporate Finance and Financial Planning
• Support business development, networking and thought leadership
• Assist with tax advisory assignments where appropriate

About You

• ACA and/or CTA qualified, or qualified by experience
• Strong UK corporate tax knowledge and practice experience
• Proven experience managing a client portfolio
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing junior team members
• Broader tax knowledge would be advantageous
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client service
