Production Operator - Rotational Shifts

Location: Motherwell
Pay: £13.00 per hour, plus overtime opportunities paid up to £26.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time - Rotational Early, Back & Night Shifts

Are you hardworking, reliable, and looking for a long-term opportunity in manufacturing? We're hiring Production Operators to join an established team in Motherwell, producing parts and components for the automotive industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating production machinery and working as part of a team to produce automotive parts
• Monitoring machine performance and making minor adjustments when required
• Carrying out visual quality inspections throughout the production process
• Recording production data accurately using computer systems
• Packing finished goods carefully and preparing them for shipment
• Following company procedures and maintaining high standards of safety and quality

• Experience in production or manufacturing OR transferable skills from another industry

• Ability to follow instructions and production procedures
• Willingness to work rotational shifts
