Business Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join a dynamic Lloyd's market broking company based in London. In this vital role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyse processes, and facilitate technology-driven transformation projects. Your insights will help shape strategic decisions, optimise operations, and enhance overall client service, all within a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly within technology and transformation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in the Lloyd's market or insurance broking industry is advantageous
• A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
