Water Hygiene Engineer

A growing water treatment company is looking to recruit a Water Hygiene Technician to join their service team based in Wiltshire. This is a hands-on field role focused on delivering water hygiene compliance services across commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out L8 compliance tasks, including:
• Temperature monitoring
• Water sampling
• Cleaning & disinfection of systems
• Test and monitor closed water systems
• Complete service reports and logbooks
• Carry out basic remedial works where trained
• Follow all health & safety procedures on site

Experience Required

• Previous experience in:
• Water hygiene OR service/field roles
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable using mobile systems for reporting

Desirable:

• Plumbing qualification (NVQ Level 2+)
• Knowledge of:
• Closed systems
• Cooling water treatment

Salary & Package

• Approx £27K – £32K (DOE)
