Water Hygiene Engineer

Our client is a well-established water hygiene and environmental services provider, delivering compliance solutions across a wide range of sectors. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Environmental Service Technician to join their Yorkshire office

This is a field-based role mainly covering Yorkshire offering a varied workload across water hygiene and compliance services, with a strong focus on maintaining safe and compliant water systems.

Main Duties:

• Carry out temperature monitoring of water systems in line with ACOP L8
• Undertake water sampling across commercial and industrial sites
• Perform cleaning and disinfection of water systems
• Carry out cooling tower cleaning and maintenance
• Ensure all work is completed in line with industry regulations and company procedures
• Accurately complete service reports and documentation

Experience Required:

• Proven experience within water hygiene / environmental services
• Strong knowledge of ACOP L8 guidelines
• Experience in:
• Temperature monitoring
• Water sampling
• Cleaning & disinfection
• Cooling tower cleaning
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic Salary £28K - £33K (dependent on experience)
