Hourly Rate:

• Unqualified Steward - £12.71 plus holiday pay
• L2 Spectator Safety Qualified Steward - £13.21 plus holiday pay
• Door Supervisor Licence - £13.95 plus holiday pay

We are looking for new Match Day Stewards who champion our values to join our team keeping people safe at Anfield Stadium.

You must be 18 years old to apply for this role.

Duties include:

• Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
• Ingress control – ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries.
• Crowd management/people management – foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
• Deliver approachable customer service and support to guests.
• Report any suspicious behaviour.
• Egress control.
• Directing customers around the site.

Skills & Experience:

• Great customer service skills.
• Friendly, approachabele and confident engaging with the public.
• Confidence working in a busy, high-energy environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to spot and record issues.

You will be required to gain your L2 in Spectator Safety certificate as part of your employment, this training will be provided by FGH training free of charge.

If your application is successful, you’ll need to complete security screening in line with BS7858:2019, along with a DBS check. If you already have a valid Standard or Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months, this can be used. If not, FGH Group is happy to arrange a DBS check for you. In this case, you would cover the cost of the check, and FGH Group will take care of the administration fee.
