This is a self employed role, based remotely with reasonable proximity to the business in Folkestone for occasional meetings.

Maxwell Mortgage Services is expanding and seeking motivated Mortgage & Protection Advisers to join the team. We are open to experienced advisers as well as individuals with strong exposure to the mortgage and financial services industry who are looking to take the next step into advising.

This is a self-employed opportunity suited to professionals who can generate their own business, have an existing client bank, or possess a proven route to market. For less experienced candidates, a closer proximity to the Folkestone office would be beneficial to allow for additional support and development.

You'll have the flexibility to work remotely whilst being part of a professional and supportive business that values long-term growth, client relationships and quality advice.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Provide high-quality mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Generate new business opportunities through self-sourced activity and referrals
• Manage client cases efficiently from enquiry through to completion
• Handle your own administration and case management
• Work compliantly and in line with regulatory requirements
