Senior TMO/PMO Lead- London

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Senior TMO / PMO Lead to work for our client within the Financial Services sector. This is initially a 6-12- month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role that will be based in London.

Our client is establishing a next-generation AI-enabled Transformation Management Office (TMO) to support a global AI transformation programme spanning multiple strategic value streams.

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a modern TMO function that leverages real-time data, automation and AI-enabled ways of working, moving beyond traditional PMO reporting and governance models.

The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leadership to build an agent-enabled delivery capability, drive portfolio transparency, and establish a data-driven approach to transformation governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead an AI-enabled Transformation Management Office.
• Build governance, reporting and portfolio management processes focused on real-time data and actionable insights.
• Drive visibility across programme delivery, risks, dependencies, financials and benefits realisation.
• Support the creation of an agent-enabled Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Partner with senior technology, business and transformation stakeholders globally.
• Implement value-stream based reporting and performance management.
• Lead and develop a team of PMO/TMO Analysts.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern delivery practices, automation and AI capabilities.
• Influence senior stakeholders and challenge delivery teams to improve outcomes.
