What you’ll do

• Investigate and resolve application issues to keep business‑critical systems running effectively
• Analyse incidents, identify root causes, and support long‑term solutions
• Work closely with technical teams and business users to understand problems and deliver timely fixes
• Monitor system performance, conduct checks, and escalate issues where needed
• Support enhancement work by writing simple scripts to automate tasks or improve processes
• Gain hands‑on experience with tools and practices used in IT Service Management, cloud, Linux, Python, and more
