Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking to join a well-established and highly respected wealth management practice where you can make an immediate impact?


T Nixon Associates is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support a substantial and long-standing wealth management client bank. Working closely with the advising practice principal and a small, supportive office team, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client outcomes.

This is not a training position. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, bring strong technical knowledge and provide high-quality paraplanning support from day one.

Responsibilities of the role

• Prepare suitability reports and recommendation documentation
• Conduct technical research across pensions and investment products
• Support ongoing client review and servicing activity
• Liaise with providers to obtain information and progress cases
• Manage outstanding tasks and follow-ups efficiently
• Prepare service review documentation and client correspondence
• Assist with specialist investment cases, including VCT business
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements
• Provide a positive and professional experience for clients throughout the advice process
