Rate: £25.00 per hour (9.5 hour paid day)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a large new-build residential development in Dorking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project from 1st Fix through to completion, so a strong background in internal works and a good understanding of this stage of the build are essential.

Working alongside a Senior Site Manager, you will help manage the day-to-day running of the development, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in the correct sequence.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on large residential/new-build developments
• Strong internals background, from 1st Fix through to completion
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS
• Good IT skills
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety
• Ability to follow and manage the correct sequence of works
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Professional and proactive approach

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking for a long-term role on a major residential development.
