Quality Compliance Officer

Please note - this role is for night shifts from Sunday - Thursday

We're recruiting a Night Shift Quality Compliance Officer (GMP) to join our Quality & Governance team at Lloyds Clinical. This is a key role focused on ensuring our aseptic manufacturing operations remain compliant with MHRA GMP requirements, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and patient care. You'll work closely with operational teams across the night shift, carrying out routine GMP observations, supporting investigations and CAPA activities, maintaining quality records and contributing to the effective management of our Quality Management System (QMS).

The role will also involve supporting internal audits, reviewing and updating quality documentation, producing reports and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. As a subject matter expert for GMP compliance, you'll deliver QA induction training for new starters, provide refresher training for existing colleagues and confidently present GMP-related topics to teams across the business, helping to foster a strong culture of quality and compliance.
