Company Description

We’re ASOS. We blend our flair for fashion with our love of cutting- edge technology, but more importantly we’re interested in how we can bring the best out of you.

We exist to give people the confidence to be whoever they want to be, and that goes for our people too.  At ASOS, you’re free to be your true self without judgment, and channel your creativity into a platform used by millions.

At ASOS, we are committed to being Authentic, Brave, Creative, and Disciplined and to be this we need a rich diversity of talent to provide authenticity and diversity of thought. Inclusion and equity must therefore be embedded into everything we do. From attracting talent from diverse backgrounds, to creating a work environment where everyone can be themselves, to ensuring that we continually learn about difference and why it should be celebrated.

Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy focusses on both representation and culture and aims to ensure all ASOSers have the confidence to be whoever they want to be, now and in the future, without judgement. ASOS is looking for someone to work with our Head of Belonging & Engagement to lead the delivery of our DEI Roadmap. This role would suit someone who is used to working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, where change is constant and flexibility is vital for success. Through taking ownership for DEI projects, you will have the opportunity to influence people initiatives across ASOS.
