Nursing Services Manager (Bank)

As a Nursing Services Manager, supporting our Cancer Services Bank workforce, you'll combine hands-on patient care with clinical leadership, supporting patients in their own homes through treatments such as SACT. You'll lead and support a team of Bank Homecare Nurses , ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and service delivery across your region.

You'll play a key role in developing nursing services, supporting new patient pathways, managing clinical escalations, and coaching colleagues to achieve their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to make a wider impact on both patient outcomes and team performance.
