Department Manager - Hygiene

Our Department Managers know how to work at pace and regardless of which department they work in they all have the same goal - to deliver great food to our customers. As Department Manager - Hygiene, it's your job to manage a team of Hygiene Operatives to develop and maintain hygiene systems within the site to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment. It's fast and ever-changing - are you up for the challenge? Reporting into the Hygiene Manager you would also be responsible for:

• Developing your team through a coaching leadership style
• Overseeing the establishment of hygienic working practices across all departments as well as managing pest control and driving improvements in housekeeping across the site
• Manage the department paperwork in relations to cleaning schedules and also the labour costs for the department to accurately allocate the teams duties
• Ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards comply with BRC and Morrisons food safety standards
