We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Prescribing Link Worker to join our team! The role will be supporting four of our sites within the West Midlands Region:
HMP Dovegate, HMP Stafford, HMP Featherstone & HMP YOI Drake Hall

Hours
Monday - Friday:
8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm

Salary
This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary of £26,000 - £29,000 depending on experience.

Location
You will manage up to 3 sites and spend one day a week at each with admin days at our West Midlands Regional Office.
