This role is central to the planning and delivery of high-quality training within the Girls’ Pathway. The successful candidate will design and lead engaging, progressive sessions that are closely aligned with player development objectives. Beyond technical delivery, they will play a key role in guiding the individual development of players, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes both personal growth and athletic progression.

In addition to coaching responsibilities, the role will involve organising and managing fixtures—particularly during half-term periods—ensuring players have valuable opportunities to apply their learning in competitive settings.

This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, along with a passion for nurturing talent and supporting the long-term progression of players within the pathway.

Available Roles

  • Girls’ Pathway JPL Coach: Wednesdays, 6–9pm and Saturdays

  • Girls’ Pathway Development Coach: Wednesdays, 7–9pm and Fridays, 5–7pm
