Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom (Private Networks), we enable and enhance telecom networks, playing a lead role in delivering a tech-enabled future.

We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while providing comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

After a successful MBNL 5-year contract award, we have an open position for a SHEQ Advisor. 75% of your time will be dedicated to MBNL, with 25% supporting the wider team across our additional 15+ Tier 1 contracts.

The contract is Nationwide. Ideally, you will be centrally based in the UK to minimise travel and occasional overnight stays.

What will you be doing?

· Supporting the implementation of SHEQ policies and procedures

· Attending customer-facing meetings

· Carrying out site inspections & audits

· Investigating incidents and identifying corrective actions

· Undertaking random D&A testing

· Promoting a positive safety culture across telecoms projects

· Providing SHEQ guidance to operational teams and stakeholders

· Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards

What you’ll bring?

· Proven experience within the telecoms sector (preferred)

· NEBOSH qualification (mandatory)

· Proven ability to investigate and diagnose the root cause of incidents

· Strong knowledge of SHEQ regulations and best practice

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

· A proactive and solution-focused approach

· Full UK driving licence
