An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £40m RC Frame residential development in Hackney.

Reporting to the Construction Director, you will take full responsibility for the project, managing a team of 2 Site Managers and 2 Assistant Site Managers, driving programme, quality, health & safety, and commercial performance through to successful completion.

The Ideal Candidate: ? Proven track record delivering large-scale RC Frame residential schemes ? Strong leadership and man-management skills ? Experience working for a leading residential developer or main contractor ? Ability to drive programme whilst maintaining quality and safety standards ? Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management
