The role: * Managing a sales team to ensure KPI targets are met. * Closing warm leads and distributing them to your team. * Providing training as and when is needed for salespeople. * Uncapped commission. * Very achievable targets. The person: * Sales management experience. * Sales within garage equipment or good industry knowledge (preferred) * Ambitious and looking for a role where they have huge earning potential.
