We have an exciting opportunity for a Medicines Optimisation Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team covering the South Yorkshire Region.

This role covers HMP Doncaster, HMP Lindholme, HMP Moorland and HMP Hatfield which are all located in South Yorkshire and you will be required to work across all sites.

Hours

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, core business hours.

Salary

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary of £51,643 to £57,955 per annum - depending on experience.
