Resident Services Administrator

Location: Enfield, EN3
Pay Rate: £14.43 per hour including holiday pay / £17.00 per hour Umbrella
Contract: Temporary, 3 months
Essential Requirements: Previous social housing experience and a full UK driving licence.

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to provide general administrative and customer service support to a busy team based in Enfield.

This is a varied role suited to someone who is organised, confident communicating over the telephone and comfortable dealing with residents and members of the public.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team.
• Making outbound telephone calls to residents and responding to general enquiries.
• Arranging and booking appointments and coordinating visits.
• Updating records, maintaining spreadsheets and ensuring information is accurately recorded.
• Liaising with residents to provide updates and assist with queries.
• Occasionally visiting residents at their homes to provide support and communicate information.
• Supporting the wider team with general office administration as required.

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience within social housing is essential.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A full UK driving licence is essential, as occasional travel to visit residents will be required.
• Comfortable speaking with residents face-to-face and over the telephone.
