Scrum Master- Telford

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking an experienced Scrum Master to work within the Asset Management sector. This is a 6 month contract with good potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in Telford.

We are looking for a Scrum Master with strong experience managing multiple teams simultaneously and supporting technology projects involving AWS and Snowflake.

The successful candidate will combine strong agile delivery experience with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support multiple teams simultaneously, ensuring effective delivery across competing priorities.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote effective agile ways of working.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and delivery objectives.
• Support technology projects involving AWS and Snowflake.
• Identify and help resolve blockers, risks and dependencies impacting delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across multiple teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across teams and delivery processes.
• Provide clear visibility of progress, priorities and delivery challenges to key stakeholders.
