Lead First Team Physiotherapist

As a Lead First Team Physiotherapist, you’ll play a pivotal role in Diagnostics, Injury and illness prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimisation for our first-team squad. Working under the Head Physiotherapist, you’ll:

· Lead in the diagnosis and planning of rehabilitation programmes following injury and illnesses.

· Deliver individualised rehabilitation programmes to maximise player availability.

· Drive injury and illness prevention strategies as part of a collaborative Medical and Performance Department.

· Assist in managing club emergency action planning & processes

· Provide match-day medical cover (home & away).

· Collaborate with Performance and Coaching staff in a multi-disciplinary team.

· Maintain up-to-date medical records and contribute to evidence-based practice.

· Assist in the production and maintenance of Medical Department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

· Support the medical injury and illness audit.
