Based out of clients busy customer distribution centre, we are looking for a reliable Operations Support Assistant to join our team.

Working closely with both the warehouse floor and tarnsport teams, you will act as the vital link that keeps the logistics operation running smoothly. This role blends critical administrative system management with hands-on coordination.

The Role Involves:

• System & Admin Support: Managing internal stock control systems, logging inventory into correct bays, and updating customer order statuses.
• Crew & Driver Liaison: Acting as the main point of contact for delivery teams on the road, taking calls, and resolving delivery or access issues in real time.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitoring stock movement through the facility, ensuring high levels of data accuracy.
• Quality Control: Checking incoming stock and outbound orders, assisting with physical inspections to guarantee furniture is defect-free before loading.
