Junior Production Technician

Due to continued growth with in our Firth Vickers Division we are looking to expand our production support function. As a Junior Process Technician you will be require to support the Manufacturing Engineer in a technical role supporting production processes, through all departments.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Collect and analyse process data i.e. NPDI trials.
• Create work instructions and SOPs.
• Creation of 3D and 2D CAD Design – Models and Machining drawings.
• Contract reviews.
• Assist with route cause corrective analysis and corrective actions.
• Support manufacturing Engineer on day-to-day tasks.
• Dimensional inspection reports.
• Job bookings and data collection.

Ideally you will have be qualified with in a recognised Engineering discipline.

Have a good understanding of CAD and engineering drawings.
