Warehouse Worker

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where your initial 30 days will be dedicated to cleaning duties within the warehouse from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Following this period, shifts will be adjusted according to operational needs, continuing with cleaning duties for another 30 days. In the final 30 days of this 90-day introductory phase, you will participate in ride-alongs with other employees on your shift to familiarize yourself with the role and prepare for potential full-time employment.

• Perform cleaning duties in the warehouse as per schedule.
• Drive a 26ft box truck with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for 39 months.
• Inspect and test equipment as part of learning the role and company processes.
• Participate in ride-alongs to gain practical experience in the job.

• Warehouse experience.
• Driver skills with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for 39 months.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment.
• Experience in cleaning and inspecting parts.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Work in a smaller warehouse setting with approximately 19 employees, where medical equipment is repaired. The environment is structured to promote learning, with opportunities to transition into full-time roles based on performance. The role initially includes cleaning tasks, progressing to hands-on experience through ride-alongs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, WA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
